We’re looking for a strategic, values-led senior leader to help shape the future of care and support at Hft. As Head of Care and Support for the East, you’ll lead through others – creating clarity, consistency and confidence across a diverse and dynamic region.

The East portfolio combines scale, complexity and opportunity. You’ll unite teams around a shared purpose, ensuring quality, compliance and cultural alignment while enabling transformation and growth.

Your Role Will Include

  • Leading multi-site operational teams to deliver person-centred, high-quality services.

  • Embedding values-based leadership across layers of management and practice.

  • Maintaining rigorous focus on safeguarding, compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Coaching and enabling leaders; modelling a culture of accountability and growth.

  • Building partnerships with peers and stakeholders to align systems and practice.

  • Using evidence and data to inform decisions, performance and future planning.

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Location: Home-based with travel across the East and South East

  • Salary: £74,249 + £3,840 car allowance (£320 per month)

  • Interviews: Two-stage process (values-based and leadership focus)
