We’re looking for a strategic, values-led senior leader to help shape the future of care and support at Hft. As Head of Care and Support for the East, you’ll lead through others – creating clarity, consistency and confidence across a diverse and dynamic region.

Your Role Will Include
Leading multi-site operational teams to deliver person-centred, high-quality services.
Embedding values-based leadership across layers of management and practice.
Maintaining rigorous focus on safeguarding, compliance and regulatory standards.
Coaching and enabling leaders; modelling a culture of accountability and growth.
Building partnerships with peers and stakeholders to align systems and practice.
Using evidence and data to inform decisions, performance and future planning.

A proven social care leader with success in regulated services and complex environments.
Passionate about enabling independence, inclusion and continuous improvement.
Skilled in leading transformation while keeping people at the heart of delivery.
Authentic, compassionate and commercially aware, with a strong moral compass.

Contract: Permanent
Location: Home-based with travel across the East and South East
Salary: £74,249 + £3,840 car allowance (£320 per month)
Interviews: Two-stage process (values-based and leadership focus)
