• Providing visible, values-led leadership across a multi-site portfolio of services.

• Translating strategy into meaningful delivery, rhythms and expectations for teams.

• Partnering with peers to align people, systems and performance with strategic goals.

• Using data and insight to drive service improvement and financial sustainability.

Who You Are

• A seasoned social care leader with experience across regulated adult services (ideally learning disability or complex support).

• An emotionally intelligent and inclusive leader who builds trust and brings clarity.

• Skilled at leading through others, shaping culture and maintaining focus through change.

• Confident at both strategic and operational levels – grounded, credible and purpose-driven.

• Contract: Permanent

• Location: Home-based with national travel (predominantly across the North)

• Salary: £74,249 + £3,840 car allowance (£320 per month)
