This is a high-impact senior leadership role at a defining moment for Hft. As Head of Care and Support for the North, you’ll set direction, shape culture and inspire others, ensuring that strategy translates into consistently excellent, person-centred care and support.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned social care leader with experience across regulated adult services (ideally learning disability or complex support).

  • An emotionally intelligent and inclusive leader who builds trust and brings clarity.

  • Skilled at leading through others, shaping culture and maintaining focus through change.

  • Confident at both strategic and operational levels – grounded, credible and purpose-driven.

  • Location: Home-based with national travel (predominantly across the North)

  • Salary: £74,249 + £3,840 car allowance (£320 per month)

  • Seniority: Senior Leadership Team
